First Housing Loans – First Housing is a new application in development by Panther that utilizes the BlackCat Loan tools and concepts. Created to serve the affordable housing industry, BlackCat Loans efficiently handles loan servicing, compliance regulation, escrow administration, and financial monitoring through a complete built-in loan accounting system.  The system is structured to adapt to the numerous changes in compliance regulations along with complex transactions involved with the life cycle of a loan.  The application will ultimately offer robust reporting and forecasting tools needed by both state and local agencies to provide accurate analysis, underwriting, and compliance of a variety governmental funding programs including: Multifamily Tax-Exempt Bond, HC, SAIL, SHIP, and HOME.
